The rates published below are for a maximum of 8 adult guests plus 2 small children in a bunk bed and 4 babies in cots.
THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHF100 CLEANING/LAUNDRY FEE ON ALL CHARGES BELOW.
THERE IS A REDUCED CHARGE FOR 6 OR LESS GUESTS. PLEASE ENQUIRE.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Dogs are welcome.
Please send a deposit of 50% to secure your booking for the stipulated dates. The balance plus the security deposit is to be paid at least one month before the commencement of the holiday.
Telephone and email bookings are held for five days until payment is received.
Payments to be made via bank transfer or paypal.
CANCELLATIONS
A 30 day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. If it is possible to re-let the property then 70% of the cost will be returned. It is advisable to take out insurance against cancellation.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons, plus 3 babies in cots and 2 small children in a bunk bed.
This property requires a 3 or 4 night minimum stay depending on seasonal demand. 7 night minimum stays are required during peak periods.
INCLUSIVE FEES
Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Please bring your own swimming or spa towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
WOODBURNERS
Firewood is included in the rate.
INTERNET
The internet connection is provided free of charge. If it fails we will do everything possible to get it reconnected but we do not guarantee availability.
COT and HIGH CHAIR
Travel cots and high chairs are available for your use. Please bring your own cot bedding.

The proprietors reserve the right to terminate your stay if any occupants are not treating the property with respect.
The proprietors shall not be liable to you, or any other member of your party for any loss or damage to you or your property, however caused, whist staying at Chalet Nidus Montis.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking, or to cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid without further liability on your behalf.
The Owner does not accept any responsibility or liability for acts or omissions of third parties, which may prevent or disrupt a booking. It may be possible that certain facilities or features may not be available on occasions due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control for which the Owner accepts no liability.
Payment of the deposit is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
